I use these to retrofit various plug ends so I can plug (5v low amp draw) gadgets into the usb port on my laptop computer . I like the 4 individually insulated wires for clean splicing. They work perfectly every time!

Haven't had a chance to use them yet.

I can't yet comment on the durability of this product, but it worked perfectly the first time and every time after.
