Wouldn't mind having better documentation (or better yet, web videos) but it's simple enough to piece together. Very quiet fans, too!

the products was better than i expected. but when i needed an extra piece to do something a bit different than i had originally planned i called them. THEY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE... and were super helpful. the part was delivered prime fast... well actually faster (prime 2 day guarantee isn't always accurate) but these guys are. When is the last time you called a company and a human answered the phone... "not press 1 for." The product was perfect the rest of it was better!!!
