It looks like this would fit nicely in a computer case. I, however, had a different need. I moved and now have a loud grandfather clock that is in my family room. I used the foam on the sides, top and back of the clock to diminish the quarter hour chime and the hourly strikes. The adhesive made it very easy to apply and the foam has quieted the din to a pleasant background sound. The foam is mounted on the inside of the side panels and unobtrusively to the top and back of the sound board.
