This controller has 2 functions.
Continuously power up to 500ma (with included adapter) worth of devices when the switch is in the up position (top green led will be lit)
Thermally control up to 500ma (or 2A with bigger power supply) worth of devices when the back switch is in the bottom
position, when the temperature is >=88F(31C) it will power on the 3pin ports and stay powered on until the temperature falls below 81F(27C)

Powers the thermal controller and fan from a standard 2 prong AC outlet, compatible with 110v and 220v AC (may need to adapt the plug to your region)
